Our Warranty

• All violin instruments purchased from Gracie’s Fine Violins include a 24-month workmanship warranty covering defects related to craftsmanship and structural integrity under normal use.
• Should warranty service be required, Gracie’s Fine Violins will provide a comparable loaner instrument of equivalent value while repairs are being completed.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage 
• Improper handling or misuse 
• Deliberate over-tensioning of strings 
• Damage caused by extreme temperatures, humidity, or environmental exposure 
• Normal wear and cosmetic aging 

All warranty evaluations and repairs are subject to inspection by Gracie’s Fine Violins.

Qualified instruments are available through our 24-month financing program featuring:

• 50% down payment 
• Remaining balance financed over 24 months 
• 0% interest financing 

To protect both the customer and the instrument, designated insurance coverage is required throughout the financing term.

Gracie’s Fine Violins proudly supports music education by offering a 10% discount to violin students of all ages.

This program is intended for non-professional violinists actively engaged in music study. Eligibility may be subject to verification.

All instruments purchased from Gracie’s Fine Violins are eligible for our lifetime trade-in program.

Customers may exchange their instrument at any time for another instrument of equal value without additional exchange fees, subject to:

• Professional appraisal 
• Condition inspection 
• Verification of original purchase 

Any damages, excessive wear, structural issues, or repair costs identified during inspection may affect exchange eligibility or valuation adjustments.
